Ali’s journey as a young Physical Education Educator is driven by a deep passion for sports and a strong desire to inspire the next generation. Working in a private school in Srinagar, he plays an active role in training and mentoring students across multiple sports, including Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Cricket and Volleyball.
Beyond coaching, Ali contributes to organizing school-level sporting activities, competitions, training sessions and student selections for different sporting events. His work focuses not only on developing sporting abilities but also on helping students build discipline, confidence, teamwork and leadership skills.
For Ali, sports are about much more than winning medals. He believes the playing field is a place where young people learn important values that stay with them throughout life.
