✈️ AYESHA AZIZ — A TRAILBLAZER IN AVIATION Category: Aviation | Women Achievers | Youth Inspiration Ayesha Aziz has been widely recognised as one of Kashmir’s pioneering women in aviation. She obtained her student pilot licence at just 15–16, becoming the youngest Kashmiri girl to receive the licence from the Bombay Flying Club. She later earned her Commercial Pilot Licence in 2017. Her journey also took her beyond conventional aviation training. She completed a two-month advanced space-training programme at NASA in 2012, where she was among three Indians selected for the programme. She also underwent training connected with flying a MiG-29 at Russia’s Sokol airbase, as reported by NDTV and The Indian Express.
